I go to sleep really late but because I have insomnia.. but my schedule looks something like this:

Wake up at 5:30.

School ends at 2:40

Get home around 4 (since i'm not zoned for the IB school I'm in)

Eat/Sleep/Relax/Whatever until 7.

Do homework. This usually takes 2 - 3 hours. Depends.

I normally finish everything by 11.

And I'm not asleep until 3.

Obviously things change depending on how much hw I have :]

  • 4 weeks later...

8:00-3:20 School

3:20-4:00 Bus Ride Home

4:00-6:00 chill time

6:00-8:00 attempt to do homework but end up chilling

8:00-10:00 actually do my homework and study...with a little facebook and msn here and there

10:00-11 or 12 more chill time

11:00-12:00 bedtime

On nights where I have an essay or project due the next day I usually get all the little homeworks and studying out of the way at 10 and then work starting from there until 1am

I try to go to sleep as early as possible...which is 11 PM. If I have a lot more homework or tests 12 or 1 AM.

My schedule goes something like this:

6:30 am - Wake up + go to school

4:00 pm - Go home and eat

4:30-6:30 pm - Homework

6:30-7:00 pm - Dinner

7:00-11:00 pm - Homework/Studying

I always try to sneak in some time to check my email and all that.

On days with not so much homework I can sleep at 9.30pm.

On days with more homework then I sleep at 10pm latest.

On rare occasions where I have a test and stupidly decide to procrastinate and cram the night before... then it would be latest 12pm.

Wow, I feel super early. :)

4:00 get home, eat, nap

5:00 start homework

7:00 dinner

7:30 shower

10:30 to 11 is usually my bedtime

However I have a test the day after next... wait, tomorrow (since it's past 12 :) ) so I'm up later than usual. There's always procrastination, which is why I try to stay away from the computer as much as possible.

6:30-7:30 Wake up, shower, brush teeth, breakfast.

7:30-8:00 Walk to school and chill

8:00 to 3:10 school

Up to 4:30 if I have English 12 HL that day.

3:30 Home

3:30-4:00 Relax a bit

4:00-7:00 Study/preview the textbook. Tend to play some video games from 4:00 to 5:00

7:00-7:30 Dinner

7:30-10:00 Study some more, although at around 9:00 i start to slack off big time and read manga on the iPhone

11:00 Attempt to sleep but realize I did not understand a word my Chem teacher said.

11:00-12:00 sleep after reviewing chem once more.

Overall it isn't pretty bad, but my grades are pretty shabby in some subjects. Just dropped a good whole letter grade in Math, Chem, and French.

Ah... how we all wish we didn't have to sleep at all!

School ends at 4 so from there:

4:00 - 6:00 Clubs, Nap, Maths Questions

6:00 - 7:00 Eat, Talk to others, Facebook & Email

7:00 - 9:00 Prep time

9:00 - 10:00 Sports of more Prep

10:00 - 11:00 More Prep

Then depending on how much I've done and how much I've procrastinated more Prep until 1-2 a.m or sleep :P

I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but mine is something like this:

07.55, Get up for school

08.30, School

15.20, Finish school

15.45, back home and have lunch

16.00-17.00, procrastinate...

17.00-21.00 study and procrastinate (much more of the second)

[10 minute interval] Have dinner

Till 02.00-03.00 study...

The thing is that I don't know htf I do it, but I just never get time to study. I think I loose to much time on my computer or even on listening music whilst I study... I don't know, but time goes to fast, and when 03.00 am has come again... I haven't done nearly anything!!! :S:D

7:20 pm procrastinate/continue work

I have so many extracurriculars I literally come home at 6pm every day. Dinner until 7, work/procrastinate until I sleep (shower sometime in there)

A good day, I go to bed at 11

A bad day, I go to bed at 3

I wake up at 5:30 every day, though. To do more work/revise.

=_= to type it out like that really depresses me.

WHO SAID TEENAGERS NEED AT LEAST 9 HOURS OF SLEEP? whoever it was, they obviously don't know what the IB means.
