lighthuntz0r
I got the same 1/6. Triangle area was 1/3 and under the curve 1/2. Reply
Summer Glau
Just adding that there isn't one single IB examiner, there are many of them around the world However, there is the IB markscheme that lists the solutions and all the possible things you can get marks for that keeps the marking consistent. And even your examiner will be moderated by another examiner and then that examiner will be moderated again to make sure the marking is fair lexie pretty much nailed the answer for you. Even if you don't solve a question completely you can get method marks just for attempting to solve it (provided that you're somewhat on the right track). 1 Reply

KyleAdams
I actually thought paper 1 was really easy, as well as paper 2. Math is my strong subject though, as well as my school's strong subject. We usually average about 25% of our math students get a 7. A couple years ago we had 9 of 40 get a 7. Reply

I don't know my predicted grade, but I imagine it's something pretty terrible. Edited May 10, 2011 by SmilingAtLife:) Reply
