KLSmash
Actually, if you look at statistics, it's definitely not ITGS. In May 2007, only 3 and 2 per cent of all students received sevens in ITGS HL and SL respectively. I'd say that's quite little. In comparison, out of History HL (Euro) students, 10% received a 7.may I ask for a link to these statistics? Reply

Xerox
I'm fluent in chinese, so chinese B is a piece of cake for me but are you allowed to? i wanted to take a language i am fluent in as a B language but the school didn't want to let me Reply
deissi
but are you allowed to? i wanted to take a language i am fluent in as a B language but the school didn't want to let meDepends on the school. IB won't be checking up your native language - if you do A1 English, they assume (rightfully) that you are a native English speaker. Reply
Stereoisomer
em, if u take your mother tongue as your second language, that will be;)))there r many people doin that in my school , they get straight 7s easily while for the rest have to learn grammar, vocalbulary stuffs. That's not true! A lot of people are taking Mandarin B SL in my school and they think it's hell! Yeah I agree with you both!I am fluent in Chinese and I take Mandarin BThough many people think it's unfair and Im taking the shortcut by doing that so I don't know..I don't find Maths SL easy! I think it just depend on the person. Reply
Zefar
^Math SL may not be easy for some people, but it is the easiest to get a 7 if you have good understanding and do alot of practice, in my opinion.I take chinese B, not much different from mandarin B? i duno Reply
cereja
The spanish SL exam I took was a joke. I'm fluent in spanish (though it's not my first or second language) but that exam was too easy. Reply
babakren
I think all subject depends on how well the teacher teaches you and cover the materials needed for the final examination.. But according to me the easiest are probably the languages especially if it's your first languagemath is also easy for most of us but probably not for the case of HL Reply
cereja
I agree with that, but my teacher sucked. He didn't even know the proper grammar, and didn't prepare us for the exam at all. I had to go to another teacher the day before so i'd know the format. Reply

Icarus
Math studies looks quite easy to me.As for HL, hard to say. I have always found physics quite straightforward. But it all depends on your preferences. Reply

deissi
well i just started the IB program and i heard that ITGS is the easiest to get a 7 on the other hand languages is kindaa hard to get 7 in !!actually ITGS is one of the hardest subjects to get a 7 in. Under 5% get 7s yearly, and in other subjects this rate is much higher. Reply

deissi
For an easy subject, you'll choose IH, as if you look at statistics, only 2-5% of candidates yearly get a 7 in ITGS. Reply
Mr. Shiver
Do IH because it's awesome. Many people would love to have the opportunity to study the course so you should take advantage of it. jangy
I think it has definitely got to be maths studies - its more or less gcse level if not easier! Reply
Oryxy
Our teacher told us that a 7 is already really good, but a 6 is already pretty high, and there is very little difference between 7 and 6. I think universities look at how much you have improved more, not which is the easiest subject to get a 7. Reply
moneyfaery
Grade boundaries for level 7 in Economics is 76% for SL and 71% for HL (2008). Reply
Mr. Shiver
^ Yes.Plus you don't have to study as much since you can choose which topics you want to focus on for your exam. Reply
