I certainly wouldn't want anyone to think that the reporter threw the shoe at Bush simply because his feet were itching. Rather, I'd post the video not only to amuse people, but to allow for discussion on the causes and justifications of the event.P.S. (I know, I promised to end this stunt of mine already, but I just have to say this) Bush didn't keep America, and certainly not Americans safe. Remember 911? Or the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Since you are a declared atheist and socialist, I can't tell if you are kidding or serious in your characterization of IB.And just for a little historical clarification, 9-11 occurred less than 7 months into Bush's 1st term. The terrorist activities had been allowed to grow and fester under Clinton who gave backing to Saddam Hussein ( remember we had a WTC bombing in 93, and the embassy attacks in Kenya and the bombing of the Kohl, all under Clinton's watch). There have been NO terrorist attacks on American soil since 9-11 under Bush's watch. Obummer, in a stealth move without visiting our troops beforehand, is escalating troops in Afghanistan and conducting covert operations in PAHkistan which will inevitably upset the Indian govt. and probably end up in a nuclear war in that part of the world. But I'm going on vacation and can't be bothered worrying about saving the world or the youth for the next two weeks. Tata! But yes, I respect her right to post it if she wants to, just as I respect your right to post the Nazi propaganda cartoon, though I'm not quite sure what you were hoping to prove with that.
