Tranman
I've been doing Track and Field but I'm worried that I won't get as many action hours as i wanted. What are some good and fun ways to get action hours? Reply

Orion
Unless you're not physically active and have no willpower to be physically active, the list's quite endless. There's a bunch of sports you could do -- basketball, football, soccer, rugby, badminton, and a lot more. Or try getting some Action hours by going to the gym. I don't think that'll be totally fun, though, and I think the fun comes with getting those Action hours with your friends.Maybe try to be daring and go skydiving? Or scuba diving! Ask your other friends if they want to tag along as well, and they'd get some CAS hours as well other than the fun spent with good people. It's a win-win solution, really. IBandstillbreathing
Cycling , MMA , boxing , Pilates, marathons, carting , tennis , shooting .....and u do know that CAS HOURS are no longer counted, it only depends upon how many projects u do, not the hours. a minimum of 4 projects for each category GOOD LUCK Reply

Black Bird Lockheed
Anything which can make you body move and exercise can be counted as actions hours. Others above have given you a lot of good suggestions. But one thing you must remember is that don't do things just for the sake of completing CAS hours. If you have some interest in sports or you have interest to learn new things etc just do it. They won't look what number of things you have done but they will look at your reflection. You can write a good reflection when you do some thing out of your passion. You can try swimming, trekking, foot ball, hand ball etc. Just do it what you like. Matsu
Take a martial art like Muay Thai, Judo or BJJ. In all honesty though, you probably will fulfill your Action hours with just the Track & Field. 2 years is a really long time.sports, basically, and you can teach little kids how to play sportsThat's service and action...even betterand potentially a cas project; but running after little kids is not always the best ideaAnd the patience it would require... :/ Reply
