Normal distribution percentage?

My impression was that you do not need to know exact values for exams, so your first set of values is probably fine. Frankly, I don't think that they will care if you are 1 or 2 decimal places off. Also, the 2dp percentages you cite vary according to the source you use! For example, this picture has slightly different percentages to the ones you've listed. So yeah, I don't think it matters to much as long as you are close. But I'm not sure, so 1dp would be a good compromise for what you should learn your values to :)

If you are really keen, memorize the first, I really see no point memorizing the second set. I attempted exam papers for the last ten years and I don't remember anything requiring those values on the exam.
