kansh
Hi everyone!I just got given this internal a few days ago, and we have never learnt anything more than 3nd degree polynomials in class, however the only graph I can get to model the data is a polynomial to the 8th and 9th degree. Something surely can't be right... How is everyone else modelling the data? Thanks!
IBied
The maximum I did was sixth degree, because that's the highest polynomial MS Excel (the software I've used) allowed me to make. You won't learn everything in class. That's why we are allowed to use technology. Make a simple one like linear, quadratic or cubic analytically and make the higher degree polynomials using technology.Which software are you using btw? 9th degree is really high.. SurajM
I would say use excel to help do it. Other softwares like geogebra could be used but its not advisable. Mine too was a 6th degree polynomial.
