For example, for Edinburgh, I had to scan my passport, etc (German citizen) and give details of my visits/reason why I'm not in the UK, after which I could fill out fee waivers/loan forms.I think once they determine your actual fee status, (maybe before, too) you can go to the Uni website and fill out loan forms.If you want to be exactly sure, email one of the universities you're applying to!Cheers Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
