Tilia
It's not offfered in my school, and I think it's a rather unusual subject Reply
deissi
It's a new subject, so I doubt you'll find many people doing it here. First examinations are May 2009, so it's no wonder your teacher doesn't know what to do! Reply
meh
No school in my region is offering this course. In fact, this is the first I've heard of it Too bad my school doesn't offer many IB courses besides the bare minimum =[ Reply
lastminuteman
I suggest you should really have a look at the requirements in the syllabus/study whatever textbooks are recommended. In a new subject, you don't want to go in cold once assessment time comes around. Reply
DarkKnight
hey im just wondering how many of you are doing the sport exercise and health science subject for the ib? does your school even offer it? its my schools first year offering this course and its been a little rough with the teacher not exactly getting it. haha just wondering how is it going for anyone who is doing it?
Hey Mate, I'm currently taking this course, too (as an extra). It's only been piloted last year and is a brand new IB course. What I do to keep up since there is a lot of content to cover is to store all my resources, unit by unit into a folder, and fill out a complete syllabus as I go on topic by topic. That way when there's a quiz, test, or exam coming up it takes a very short amount of time to study it and get it imprinted into your head. It's a quite interesting subject overall; I'm guessing it gets more interesting as we move onto the course when we can apply the basics we learn in the first few units. Let me know if you need anything. DK Reply
