batool Posted December 8, 2015 Report Share Posted December 8, 2015 When you were doing your EE weren't there any topics that you put aside as being 'too simple'? I know when I did my EE, I went through millions of topics and ended up using one of them for my IA instead. You could look at a lot of things! Something that I noticed would've made an interesting IA while discussing my friend's IA today was seeing the effect of different wavelengths (so different colours of lights) on the ripening/sugar content of fruit using chromatography. Otherwise, you could do an antimicrobial investigation, being as you have access to microbes if you've used them in your EE. Also, it would be awesome if you could message me so we could discuss EE's because you are literally the first person I have found (both IRL and online) to also work on a Biology EE.
