ilynotiloveyou
Dear all, Recently my CAS supervisor locked all of my activities from Year 12 (junior year) on Managebac and instructed me to create new ones for Year 13 (senior year)? I'm rather worried about the whether or not this is permitted by the IBO... Can someone provide clarification? I'm rather worried... Reply
kevG
It's permitted mate. You can just open up another section and put in a different year. You don't want to show IBO that you just ignored your activity for an extended period between G11 and G12, cause they always look for consistency. So start of fresh and sign off the hours you did in G11, that's what I'm doing except for maybe sports and gym. Kudos to your school for thinking about that btw Edited September 13, 2015 by gusmanK Reply
FractiousArrogance
I do not know much about this issue, however, at my school, you are required to complete 30 hours of CAS in DP 2, regardless of whether you did them in DP1 or not. I guess it's because they wants students to be consistent with their activities and not squeeze them all in one year. Reply
