LSE accounting and finance

I was wondering if anyone knows someone that has gotten into the LSE accounting and finance program with SL maths? My predicted grade is 42 with a 7 in SL maths but what I'm afraid of is by having sl maths i automatically lose to anyone who applied with HL maths. Is that the case? Does anyone have any experience in this matter with LSE?

According to their page for accounting, HL math is preferred, but not required. The page says that if you don't have HL math, you need to have gotten at least an A in math at the GCSE level.

Focus on maintaining a 7 in SL math, having good marks in the rest of your subjects, and demonstrating interest in accounting to give yourself the bet chance of receiving an offer.
