ebu
Hi I'm currently going through my maths IA draft but I'm unsure how I should format my variables. For instance, should I leave my equation like this and not distinguish it from normal writing? Or should I clearly differentiate it from other writing like this? I'm just not sure if there is an ib regulation about these things... Reply

kw0573
If lane is a word (instead of l * a * n * e) then you should not italicize lane. For consistency should be simply , as the multiplication sign is not used anywhere else Reply
