ma3zooz
hmm.. i think a teacher who always tries to improve is the best.. I had a teacher who took time every year in order to sort out which topic most students had trouble with and would give it more time in her course schedule.. she was organized and had every day planned out.. even the days in which we rested in and just discussed TOK aspects (this was biology HL).. other than that she was well rounded... made sure you got the assessments in on time by constantly reminding you.. gave you an idea of where you can go with your career and the problems (ethical, political, etc.) that you might face with the topic.. in my opinion she was what every IB teacher should be... and to top it all off.. she was the nicest teacher I ever had... I guess the best quality which may include all these attributes is that the teacher should actually care about her students.. not just act like they care.. TerioN.
A teacher who is interesting, knows how to keep students' focus. For example, I am doing so bad at science because my teacher just shows us boring videos, so half the time I'm trying not to sleep. As long as a teacher is keeping me awake, interested, and alert, he/she is awesome Reply
