Thrashmaster
Hello IBSurvival forum goers!I recently had a meeting with my CAS supervisor, and he was worried about me running because of my possible running-induced asthma. After the meeting, he called my parents, and mentioned that he wants to see my action be more goal oriented and more like a sport than just running. My mother mentioned that we have a Kinect and a lot of games for it, including a workout fitness training game as well as the usual Kinect sports kind of games that are, well, more like games than workout. He made it sound like this was okay. What do you think? Are games on Kinect action? Should I stick with the fitness training 'game' or can I actually set goals for myself playing a Kinect game? r1111
I don't see how that counts as a CAS activity. But just remember action doesn't always have to be sports related. 1 Reply
Bude
You could try gardening, perhaps? Reply
TykeDragon
Weight lifting counts, perhaps small bursts of that would be fine for your asthma? 1 Reply
