Emmi
This is a brief overview of what is expected of the course: https://www.ibo.org/diploma/curriculum/group6/visualarts.cfm Find out whether you are in the A or B category, and that is what applies to you. A is where there is more of an emphasis on your work, and B is where there is more of an emphasis on your investigation workbook. There really isn't too much that you can do now, but if you'd like, you can get an investigation workbook and begin sketching ideas in it. Good things to put in it are analysis and critiques of famous art/inspiration pieces, sketches of ideas for work that you want to eventually create, or trial pages where you are investigating a new medium or style. You can even create work itself in your workbook and cut it out for later (although I would discourage this, just get a new sheet of paper and do it there). You can also begin thinking of themes or concepts you'd like to explore, although I'm under the impression that an overarching theme for all of your work is not required anymore.
