Can this be counted as Creativity?

I will be going to an art trip with a group of students in my year to Europe later in the year. I was wondering if this could count as CAS (Creativity). It is outside the classroom and would involve creative thinking throughout the trip. As I don't take art, it wouldn't be much related to what I'm doing in school. Thanks!

yep I'm pretty sure I can as long it's not IB classwork related! Since yours isn't- I would say it would be counted for creativity!

Are you taking any art classes while in europe? Or attending any art-related seminars? I don't think it would count if you're just "going to europe to see art". You need a supervisor that can vouch for your art classes/seminars/tours etc.

Several art teachers from my school to accompany us to go so hopefully they can be my supervisor. It would be a tour sort of thing but no art classes or seminars I think.

It doesnt seem very convincing. I still see that as more of a "I saw art, now give me hours" sort of deal. It would be great if you sketched things while you were on your trip though. That could help you. Or just bring some paint, watercolors is an easier, less messy medium in my perspective. The work you churn out doesnt have to be breathtaking, but there does have to be evidence that you've done it. Also, don't forget to note down any dates and to sign your pieces.
