For example, you could do a matched pairs t test on the ability to kick a football into the net based on vision. It's a very simple test where you could have the first part be the athlete with full vision and the second part with the athlete with decreased vision ability.Just a random experiment I thought up on the spot, but it's quite easy to do statistics with sports.
