Sasha A
so i've decided to choose that for my IA topic. i was thinking about choosing 100 of the most famous homicides and then finding out the data but then i wasn't too sure of what i'd do with the data. in a mathematical aspect how would i present or find a correlation? thanks so much! Drake Glau
Correlations are found by make a linear line of regression and a correlation coefficient to go with it.The closer the number is to 1 or -1, the stronger the correlation, closer to 0 is a weak one. The positive/negative are just the signs associated with the general slope of the data. 1 Reply
Guest Mohammed Rahman
The two ways you can look to find a relationship/correlation is regression, as Drake Glau said and by using contingency tables i.e. Chi squared tests. Reply
