Also, you have some "thank you" posts which are deleted by moderators and I think I have stumbled upon a few posts that seemed to simply serve the purpose of increasing your post count without any actual contribution and I would PM you today or tomorrow. I can assure you that it's nothing personal.By the way, Maha, the post count never changes (not even after 24h). I have noticed it with several users.Edit: I went back to look at the deleted content in order to reference them and some of your posts are "Congratulations, you should enjoy it!
