If you still havent decided yet, I did Biology HL, Chemistry HL, and like mentioned above I chose Human Physiology and Biotechnology in Biology, Further Organic Chemistry and Medicine and Drugs (or something like that) in Chemistry. They were a great help in the first year of Med School. Especially the further human physiology and Further Organic Chemistry. I don't see why you would take Economics HL when you have no intention in doing it in College. You like Medicine and want to do as a career, so I'm sure you can do Bio and Chemistry HL. Your teacher is just being careful, IB Moderators could pick on anything that sounds vague or unspecific. Also, I think that's kind of significant. Hello, If your subject is art, then you have to make sure your EE has something to do with one of the aspect discussed in the IB arts syllabus. As probably mentioned above, an EE in biology MUST be experimental. I can't think of anything regarding breast cancer that can be experimented in school labs. It's going to be very difficult to write an experimental EE on breast cancer, why? Well so many reasons one of which is that you have to always make sure that you're not deviating to the medical side more than the biological side..because remember..this is a BIOLOGY essay not a medical one, and obviously..with breast cancer, it's going to be awfully difficult to focus on the biological side more than the medical side.
