Hi everyone, If you have a legitimate reason why you feel your account needs to be deleted, please contact either Mahuta or Sandwich via PM explaining why, and we'll happily remove it for you. Please note that intending to discontinue using the site, being bored of it, no longer requiring your account and so on are not considered reasons for account deletion. I just wanted to ask a question about the new reputation system. When you rep someone, will that person know who has repped them? Similarly, if you get repped, will you ever know who repped you? I read the thread about who created IBS, but I was surprised to see that a bunch of the moderators/admins/whatever are currently in IB. How is it that they (you guys) got to that position? Did you help finance the site, create new things, etc.? Just pure curiosity... cause I know IBS is older than some of the people in charge so I was confused

Are these posts on IBS scanned by online plagiarism checkers like Turn It In? I need some help with forming my EE RQ but I don't want to post in the forum, because I'm afraid if online plagiarism checkers will scan these posts in the forum and my teacher will think that I copy from here. I've seen this on a ton of other forms and almost all of them have a dark mode feature that can be used. A small light bulb in the bottom to switch between light and dark mode would be amazing.

Hey Guys, 😊 So a few months ago I paid to be a VIP subscriber. However, I became aware that If I actively post in topics and notes ( not spam ofc!) then that's another way to be a subscriber. Since my subscription will end soon ( in 2-3 months) is it possible that if I remain active I can remain a VIP subscriber through my participation on the website? Hi IB Survival, I sent an email about this, but never received a reply, so I thought I would try asking on the forum. I've been trying to renew my IBS subscription for about a month, but every time I've tried, the address line for billing information goes grey and says "something went wrong". I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I just wanted to let you guys know of so,etching I've been experiencing lately. If I search for 'ibsurvival' in Google and open the first link (which I'm positive is the right one) I get a different page with what appears to be a bunch of ads. The page does not look reputable at all, so I just close it immediately usually. 30 seconds later, I'll try again, open the same link I did the first time, and the proper website will open. So, I go to a high school in the US and I was wondering if it would look bad to drop to certificate. I enjoy all the classes i'm taking, however I despise the fact that I have to do the Extended Essay and ToK (which I hate with a passion). Hey, I'm new to this forum and I searched all day but couldn't find anything on uploading sources to ibo for the language research paper. I have asked my teacher a hundred times what to do about how to upload sources for my italian paper but it's her first year doing an IB class and our coordinator doesn't help her at all so she is as clueless as I am. I have 3 articles that I used to write my research paper for my Ab initio italian class and on the ibo website it has a section for uploading the sources, but when i tried uploading it only let me do one. I' m not sure what I'm really supposed to do but any advice would be helpful.

Hey, I realised that the thread "Other subjects" isn't quite organised.. Especially for Computer subjects (ITGS, Computer sciences, programming etc..) Wouldn't it be better for people who take those subjects to have their own section just like Math, the sciences and humanities? I think it would help navigate through the forum way more easily

Maybe it's just my computer or something but these are the following problems I am experiencing: 1. I can't paste anything (for example web links) on any post that I make. 2. If I use the link button to create a hyperlink, I can paste the website in there, but then I can't close the box no matter how many times I press 'okay'. 3. I can't quote anyone. I press the button and it doesn't work. Is anyone else experiencing these problems or anything similar?

Every time I log on IBsurvival from google, the browser automatically redirects to ht@tp://url@[email protected]/bef@ddb86. (remove the @s) Checked on different computers and networks: not my problem. I found this from another forum: Our forums had been exploited though a security hole in Invision Power Board. This has now been patched and everything is back to normal. Thanks for letting us know!! Code had been added though this exploit to steal Google search engine traffic. What would you guys think about a sports forum for us to discuss anything and everything within the realm of sports? I know that most of us do want to keep the roots of this website intact, so we keep conversations within the IB. However, I find it difficult to discuss sports with people!
