Jason Yee
I only got around 5 more weeks before the deadline of my University List.I want to head for either East coast of Canada or U.S.A. , but my DP scores (Around 26) might make it harder to get into top-notch U.I want to study Mechanical Engineering so badly , that I've chosen Physics HL , Chemistry SL and Maths SL.Would I have a higher chance to be accepted by Canada Universities ? Or will US be a better option ? (Any suggestions?)*Please state if SAT, TOEFL , ACT are needed* Reply
timtamboy63
I'd say US. For them, the IB Scores don't matter as much. Instead, do your SAT I and II's, and get awesome scores on them, 2100+ should be good, as long as you're not applying to Tier 1 Uni's.Do you have any good EC's? Jason Yee
Oh right...I only got an ECA that's about Bussiness and Management , and I've participated in one of HK's universities' competition.I'm a Prefect for 2 years and a reigning house captain.Otherwise , should I talk about CAS ? Or should I leave it until I write my personal statement. Reply
