I was actually supposed to have done this a month ago but hay we do IB. My maths project topic is: relationship between age and time spent doing physical activityObviously i cant ask for much but please suggest how to set up the data becasue they way i have is not allowing me to do chi-squared.I have age in categories: 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36+Hours doing physical activity: 0-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8+How can i set all this up so that i can do the chi-squared?Ive taken a sample of 10 girls and 10 boys for each age group.PLEASE HELP Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

How many people fit the parameters of age 11-15 and hours 2-3? Find that cell in the chart and fill in the answer.I don't see how this wouldn't work with chi squared, should work fine. IBraped Posted January 10, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 10, 2011 i have it like that but i have 0 values because i already have 120 people and to get rid of the 0's i have to interview more people and hope the results dont have 0''s..Are there any other possible calculations i could do?
