Daedalus
H&H is a good book. Screw the revision guides, go through all the chapters and do a few questions (use the observation that they get harder to your advantage) so you know which ones you can solve with what you know NOW and where to concentrate studying. Once you have finished sampling the book questions do past papers endlessly, at least 3 full exams if possible under test conditions, and mark yourself and figure out what you're doing right and what not. Also, don't do all of Mathematics on one day. Structure your revision logically with all your subjects spread out over time, and study proportionally to the difference between your current knowledge and your desire grade. The ultimate goal is to be confident, by the time exams come around, to be able to say for every exam you take you have already gotten a 7 on it and so will be able to do it again.
