But the act in which you personally gave up your time to aid in dispensing health service maybe seen as a charitable act which takes place around the world? If you voiced your ideas on volunteering and better health for the people then you maybe go beyond the communal. Why do you want it to be of global importance. Your work at hospital isn't I'm afraid.
