HanoBee
I know about Canada, there's the University of Alberta, its actually really good and not so pricy, they give priority to IB graduates too. Also,University of Calgary (im not sure of the proper name) is another really good university. It depends on what major you're planning on doing really. Different universities are known for different fields of study. Reply

Ib_slave
Alright... here goes. I've not applied to any out-of-country universities due to my laziness, but I did apply to quite a few Canadian universities.I've applied to:Accepted to:Predicted:What about all of you guys? EDIT: Post has been edited because I feel awfully exposed being the only one to post my unis... haha. So yeah, I'll edit again with the unis I've applied to and been accepted to if other people also decide to start posting. I posted mine (if that makes any difference haha) Reply

Ahh! Good luck.. those are pretty competitive colleges!I applied to Cornell & Duke too. My Cornell app could have been a lot better.... oh well. Did you interview with any of unis you applied to? And which school did you apply to within Cornell? With Cornell, I know it's really big on you figuring out what you want to do, though I imagine it admits many students who don't know yet. I can't really chance you because I have no clue what the international admissions are like [if you are applying as an intl student]. A lot harder, I assume. greaterthaninfinity
To Ib_slave - don't be concerned at all over Canadian universities. You've got a lock on EVERY institution in Canada and each one of them will be throwing money at your feet. Your predicted results are amazing. Good luck on the U.S. ones, even though you probably don't need luck! Reply
