icecoldstar
Do we need to make subsections for source evaluations and evaluation of the study? and what other subsections should we include? also, do those subsections count toward the word count? another thing is about format what is the order of the EE supposed to be? it's under my impression that it should be Title Page Table of Contents Abstract Body Source Evaluation Evaluation of study Work cited and no page numbers for Abstract and work cited, but they do appear in table of content and Abstract page should be numbered as page 3 please guys, correct me!!! Ruan Chun Xian
These count for word count: BodySource EvaluationEvaluation of studyand no page numbers for Abstract and work cited, but they do appear in table of content and Abstract page should be numbered as page 3Yes, well, at least that's what I do now for my uni essays abstracts and no one had said anything yet. The table of contents should not have a page number either. Do we need to make subsections for source evaluations and evaluation of the study? and what other subsections should we include?also, do those subsections count toward the word count? You dont have to break up your essay into small subheadingsIf the subsections are part of your essay then yes it count in word count. If you mean whether the headings themselves count, yes. Reply

Guest littlehamsterz
also, do i incorporate evalution of sources in the body of the paper, or do i create a subsection that titled evaluation of sources that appear in table of contents??The best extended essays find a way to weave in evaluations instead of having a separate paragraph or whatever for it. That's what the advice sheet from IB graders said anyway. Reply
Ashika
In our school we footnote the source and then evaluate it within the footnote. Reply
