Sandwich Posted June 8, 2009 Report Share Posted June 8, 2009 When a new syllabus comes out for an exam, all the past exam papers from the previous years will no longer match the sort of exam a student might experience on the day. Therefore the exam board releases a specimen paper to show how they intend to ask about and lay out the new syllabus material.
