gluodin
Hi everyone.I've been doing IB for about 4 months now and I heard the weirdest thing a couple of weeks ago.My ecos teacher said she and IBO prefer hand written reports, IA papers and that will make difference if someone's mark is the highest 6. (If its hand written, the person will get 7 but for printed stuffs, the person will get 6) And I thought that was completely insane! I myself, reckon its always always easier to read something that was typed or printed or whatever. Is this true?since I SUCK at handwriting.
Max
Nope, it's not true. You are allowed to write most internal assessments by hand, but it will not affect the grade you receive for it. Edited May 27, 2009 by Max
bohemian03
That is not true... It does not matter whether you hand write it or type it. However, you SHOULD have legible handwriting for your language and history exams... pretty much any exams with writing.
__inthemaking
Noooo not at all. All my IAs were typed, I can't imagine hand writing them all.
Abu
If anything, you'll be docked marks for illegibility if you do it by hand. Everything has to be typed, and double spaced.
