For a wheel graph, Wn, does the number of vertices, n, include the centre vertex?In my H&H textbook (green one), they were inconsistent with that. The first image below is part of the lesson where they stated that n does include the centre vertex.While in this image, which shows the homework section, the answer for such question says that n does not include the centre vertex.So, does n include the centre vertex?
