slavenweb
Hej everyone, I've just completed my ee, (yay me! ) and I was wondering how did your predicted grades compare with your final grade? This question is obviously for past IB candidates but the opinions of fellow M09 candidates won't be not appreciated. My ee is in chemistry and my teacher predicted an A but he said that he will write a B on the forms as 'no-one gets an A in chemistry' He's worried that they will automatically look for faults, which I agree that will be the case but somehow I have a feeling that if I start with an A there are lesser chances that my grade will fall as much as if I have a B. I'm so confused as the teacher said it was my choice what he would write on the forms. What should I say!? I think getting your ee marked is like a game of Russian roulette as you never know what type of moderator you will get.. Reply
__inthemaking
I was predicted A on my EE and I received an A. And I have no idea because I've never heard of a teacher consulting their student as to what to write for the predicted..it really depends on who reads your paper though.
