Austin Lee
Hey everyone, I have a question about my CAS Project. I am a nationally ranked senior swimmer, so I decided to do a projectwhere I help with a local club team (not mine), where the team is free for the kids who are disabled, either financially, or physically. I am going every Friday to help them out, and basically coach the kids. Would this count as a Project, or no? Because I do not really plan anything, but would this still count as an ONGOING CAS project? Thanks! ellie
It definitely counts for Service as a CAS activity, just get the team coach to be your supervisor and you're kosher. 1 Reply

ellie
What...else...would you do? Sorry, I'm a bit confused. You need to do CAS projects over your two years of IB and this could be (one of) your activity/activities for Service. Reply
kevG
Yes this definitely counts as a CAS project. You have both Action and Service, plus it is over an extended duration of time. Reply
