Does MIT accept IB?

They do accept IB, but if you really want to apply to MIT you need to realize that your score isn't the biggest part of the application process.

Let me quote:

Q. What scores (AP, International Baccalaureate, etc.) do I need to get into MIT?

A. All information about applying to and being accepted by MIT is on the Admissions website,http://www.mitadmissions.org/. Exam scores are just one element used in admissions decisions; there is no formula.

Go read the application requirements on this link: http://mitadmissions.org/apply/international/mitapp, it pretty much covers everything you need to know in a step-by-step process cause MIT deals its admissions using its own system

Also since you are an international student you need to take the TOEFL or SAT (Well you need to take the SAT anyways)

Yes - a friend of mine got in on an IB diploma. You will need to take the SAT and the SAT Subject Tests (formerly known as the SAT II) as well as provide references, an application essay, and loads of extracurricular evidence.

MIT and similar colleges look favorably upon the IB - but keep in mind your scores in the DP as well as supplementary stuff like the SAT will have to be nothing short of brilliant, with some impressive co-curricular activities to go with them (this is what they care most about tbh).
