To what extent did Peter the Great modernize Russia between 1800 - 1801 as a result of the internal rebellion Secondly, 'internal rebellion' is maybe not the best phrase. Yes, that is what occurred, but what about something like 'internal opposition/internal revolt/popular uprising?' Thirdly, you may have to quantify 'modernize': Do you take it to mean: Reform? Liberate? Industrialize? Modernize in comparison to what/whom? - Britain, France? I know this seems like a lot, but you want a good interanal assessment mark. Although I'm not familiar with the topic, it seems like you have a good question to work with. It just needs a bit of rephrasing to make it work.
