kevG Posted July 11, 2015 Report Share Posted July 11, 2015 you have a higher chance of getting in with your ib scores than sat, cause even if you super-score, you're pretty much a below average for very competitive schools 36/45 is a good score, and a 6 in hl math and physics is hella good, so definitely you have a chance with thatbut us universities also look at other stuff like your personal statement/ clubs/ extracurricular/ and overall you as a person, so if they think you're a package deal then yeah you'll get in. (my friend who had 40 points, 2350 first time sat got rejected from uc berkley and he was a genius, captain of baseball team and was president of few clubs, he also got selected as an ambassador for this prestigious thimun conference; 1 out of a 10000 get the opportunity for that) i dont know why he got rejected but he got into another great schoolanyways, the point is that it's not always about the score, atleast not in the us... 1 Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
