My Idea was to write about the role of women during the first and second Crusade, as those seem to be the only ones where I can find enough Information on this specific topic. I did not yet turn in my new question, but before turning in my third question by now and being told that it does not fit into the "History" category, I would like to ask if this topic seems adequate, or if it is too narrow. And your topic seems a little too broad, you should concentrate on a single aspect of the crusades that women played a role in. For instance, your research question could be "What role did christian women play on the outbreak of the first and second crusades?" But the topic does sound historical, and interesting too!
