I just find myself to struggle a lot with the whole exploration aspect of it. So far, I decided to do "linear programming". I'm going to talk about mathematical optimization in the beginning .. and gradually getting into the field of linear programming where I would be making my own objective functions and constraints ( how much of Food X and food Y I should eat so the fat, carb. content is to a minimum ...while protein to a max. etc) However, I'm not sure now what specific area of linear programming I should do an in-depth exploration on...
