I've got an offer from Manchester Congrats!! I just sent my application today for biomedical sciences.. What unis? Reading, Brunel, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cardiff Met. Well for me it's a funny story haha.My IB coordinator said go a few points lower, and don't risk because biomedical sciences is real competitive blah blah.. turns out he was wrong lol.I applied to reading, brunel, hertfordshire, essex, and cardiff met. (fallback) got offers from all except brunel still waiting for their reply. And got a scholarship award without applying for one haha. I would have enjoyed it more if I risked tbh.. got strongly advised not to though :/ "If you apply for higher ranked universities than you have, you will end up in clearing.. the universities you're applying to now might get you to clearing anyways". ... and here I am with 4 offers and 1 pending 1 Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

mhelof Posted January 20, 2015 Report Share Posted January 20, 2015 (edited) I sent my application on 24th November :3 My choices:UCL for Bioprocessing of New Medicines with Business and Management~ & and I got an offer on the 27th November ♥King's College for Biomedical Science & got an offer on the 28th NovemberWarwick for Biomedical Sciences & got an offer in the last week of November.Edinburgh for Biological Sciences with Management (still waiting)Queen's Belfast for Biomedical Sciences (still waiting)Funny thing that first I chose Imperal instead of King's and I got an email like "We got your BMAT scores and..." except that I didn't take them woops I had to change that choice then.
