Richard Bankole
Most unis that have GCSE requirements ask for English Language at a C or above. I never did the English Language IGCSE but did do English Literature and got an A. Do you think I could declare my English Literature IGCSE instead of an English Language without any difficulty? Sandwich
I imagine so yes, that should be fine. The best way to find out is of course to give them a ring and check, but English Lit is almost certainly the more challenging course so if they insist on language then that would have to be just a crazy technicality. For peace of mind I would contact them. The fact you have IB English should invalidate the need for English GCSEs in any case! 1 Reply
