khimberleigh
Umm, make them yourself. It's a far better way to learn/revise material than by reading someone else's notes. You're more likely to remember and understand content that you have written down and had to think about. A good way to go about it is by looking at the assessment statements in the subject guide since what is asked in those is literally the only content you can be tested on in your exam. Then make your notes by answering the assessment statements. Also, remember that you're more likely to remember something handwritten than typed. And, although I'm not actually sure if this is true, you remember more of something written in blue ink than black ink. Nonetheless, colours and diagrams will definitely help you learn/remember information. 6 Reply
Magician
I will, thnks. For IGCSE, I transferred information from http://www.acceleratedstudynotes.com/ib-subjects/ into my own notes. It's just that this website doesn't have complete IB notes. Reply
John Hoose
I recommend this website: http://nothingnerdy.wikispaces.com/IB+PHYSICS+REVISION Obviously it's more effective to make your own notes, and see what you need to revise. One hint might be to go through the syllabus and scribble all over it (figuratively) to see what you need to know and what you do know. This website has some good review worksheets and also a revision page which is also really useful tho, so look at as quick refresher on the topic. Sofia.
As khimberleigh says, it's way better to do them yourself. That's what I'm doing this summer fun, huh? What I'm going to do is first, make notes to the assessment criteria on my computer so that I have it safe and stored. Then, I'll copy it all down on flash cards by hand (hopefully something will have stuck after that!) Reply
Magician
Thanks all. I found an awesome website for physics notes: https://ibphysics2016.wikispaces.com/ I'm copying them into my own notes with colorful diagrams and summarized texts. 5 Reply
