echan527
So for my TOK presentation, I decided that I wanna base my knowledge question around Tennis and how faith and perception play a role in determining outcomes in tennis (coin flip, whether the ball was out or not, etc.) and in life. So far the only questions that I was able to come up with are:~To what extent does faith/perception play a role in affecting the outcomes of everyday events?~How does faith play a role in affecting our perception?~Is bias present in our perception and faith?I don't feel like these questions are broad enough, but who knows, maybe they might be... Utah IB Student
When I did my TOK Presentation, I took my subject and tried to match it to all the Ways of Knowing and Areas of Knowledge. Maybe you could branch off from outcomes in life and investigate how other ways of knowing such as reason and emotion affect everyday life. You could also try applying faith and perception to each area of knowledge such as how perception affects the outcome of an experiment in the natural human sciences.I hope this helps!
