Blackcurrant Posted January 1, 2014 Report Share Posted January 1, 2014 (edited) If they are short (<30 words approx.) they do - longer quotes (set apart from the rest of the text, according to convention) do not. This is in practice, as far as I know. If there is a clear statement otherwise in the IB literature, I'd be glad to know. Always check with your teacher, though. They can ask online in the occ.
