My TOEFL Score is out

I got a 105/120

Reading: 23

Writing: 28

Listening: 27

Speaking: 27

Yes, i messed up on my reading.

I am applying to UCL, and here are their requirements:

TOEFL IBT
Overall: 92
Subtests (reading & writing): 24/30 minimum
Subtests (listening & speaking): 20/30 minimum

Does that mean i'm out, Even though i'm taking engineering (probably not alot of reading comprehension required) and only one mark of the minimum?

Should i bother repeating it? I am confused. Help is appreciated.

Engineering with not a lot of reading comprehension? I wish. You could petition them and explain the circumstances, or take it again if you have the opportunity.
