TheTiger'sDen
I am currently taking Math HL but it is taking a lot of time for me to understand concepts and I don't do that great on tests. I am a decent maths student but I am considering dropping to Math SL because I don't think its worth it for me to take Math HL and to spend a lot of time on it and then possibly risking getting only a 4 on my final exam. I want to do something related to business and economics in university and I wanted to know if it is a big issue for universities in the UK and US if you take Math SL vs. Math HL. Any feedback would help a lot! Reply
ak18
I think for UK unis you'll need HL maths but US unis aren't too specific. They'll take either SL or HL. Reply
ibkiddingme
Maths SL will be alright for US, and I think that it's worth making the swap if you can do better in SL. Reply
