difiCa
How did you find German papers this time around? I was positively surprised by P1, which was in my view way easier than any mock papers collected together from past years' questions. Reply
spacemonkey74
Is this ab initio we're talking about ? Reply
TykeDragon
No, the thread title is German B not German ab initio, try making your own thread if you cannot find one 1 Reply
Bernardo Silva
No, Language B like the title suggests. I thought both papers were expectedly easy. Paper 1 was, in my opinion, the harder one because there was quite a number of words I didn't know. Some I could figure out through context and others I just had to guess the meaning of. The question style was nothing unexpected when looking at past papers and I honestly thought many of them were easy. The only reason why this paper is probably not a guaranteed 7 for me is because of the words I didn't know the meaning of, meaning some of my answers might not have been the best. I liked texts A and B but I didn't like texts C and D very much, although they were interesting to read.Paper 2 I found dead simple. I did the question on the environment and it was just to write a list of environmental tips. A list, not even an essay or an article. I did that one because environmental tips are easy to make up on the spot (they're also plastered all around my school) and a list doesn't exactly require very developed sentence structures and vocabulary. It seemed like a treasure to me. The only thing I worried about was writing too much! I finished off at around 380 in the 400 word limit so I'm good.I'm excited to see what I got on them!
