  1. P.s. sorry for the crappy spelling and stuff, i typed that with my phone
  2. Normally, as a higher level student u should focus on HL topics especially in calculus, they always bring integration by parts or substitution In at least one section A, and beware: they aren't as simple as they seem u have to perfect your skills since u mostly need to becomfortable with every trick (like e^x cos x integral for instance) and also differential equations!!!! Those are extremely important. In addition , u probably want to learn implicit differentiation very well. This year, they brought a hefty question on "rate of change" from the applications of differential equations, so again
  3. Is this ab initio we're talking about ?
  4. I wrote u add CaO as it neutralizes the acidity, that's correct i am sure of it it was in the study guide
  5. Oh crap! I had forgotten about PAN... Oh well ) yes i got 2.8 * 10^-14 as well:D yes for the hyrdolysis that's what i wrote as well except i drew the sturctures rather than write their names.
  6. And yes that is a systematic error, if read from the same angle wrongly each time. As i remeber it said it was read above the meniscus each time so it was defintely systematic
  7. @ usman khan Yes that's what i got as well
  8. @ johanna st I did environmental and bio as well I couldn't remember secondary pollutants other than so3? What were they? Also, what did u get for the Ksp question. And for biochem, what did u write as the function of fatty acid in the body? Aand one more thing, in biochem how can the product of respiration be glucose? Isn't that the reactant?
  9. @usman khan What did u get for the molecular formula? I got the empirical formula itself as the molecular?
  10. For the first order reaction in paper 1 i chose C, it did not approach zero but i think that was sorta the catch of te question. They had quite deliberately put values on the y axis, enabling u to calculate the half life, only first order reactions have a constant half life, and only c had a constant half life
  11. @jacob feathers Generally i guess, whatever u remember from it would be appreciated lol @ john Yes the equilibrium was OUT of syllabus and i was quite shocked, in addition the numbers were Not friendly at all, it was a Pretty tough one, what did u get as your concentration?
  12. @jacob feathers Remeber what you got on the organic one?
  13. True... It does vary exponentially you're right i'm afraid... Oh well ) I did the organic in section B, that one was quite easy i agree. It was section A that was a killer
  14. What did you guys get for the volune of revolution one? Also, any last minute tips for the options (series and diff), just wanna maximize my score not necessarily aim for perfection if u know what i mean
