I need all of the help I can receive as soon as possible because tomorrow is my last day to experiment!I'm testing the effect of temperature on Lipase. I'm using vegetable oil because of all the lipids. I'm getting to my desired temperature by using a hot water bath and then I'm testing the amount of lipids left by using the spectromic 20d+ so test the absorbency.My question is: what is the lipid absorbance wavelength to use?I've tried research it but I keep getting different answers.
