ananya.agrawal95 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Share Posted March 3, 2012 Hey guys, Still not started my IB had a few questions about math portfolios in general. 1) Do you get topics in class and then work on them at home? 2) Are portfolios like the investigations in the MYP/Similar course? 3) How do you submit portfolios? Handwritten or as a soft copy? and how do you type up all the math? Jessi Eve Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 All of the topics the portfolios are based on are set, so you cannot choose your own. You work on them at home (supposedly without any aids). In my class, we submit both a hard copy (for the teacher to grade), and a soft copy (to a website that checks for plagerism content).
