Tong Minh Quan
I'm taking Spanish ab next year, which is in 3 months and I was just wondering if learning the language a bit beforehand would help. At first I thought learning extra would be nice but then I reconsidered that once the lesson reached where u dropped from ur self-studying, you'll be the same as everyone else, so it would be time-wasting anywaysSo should I take informal classes/ self teach Spanish ab before starting IB course? dessskris
if you're really interested in Spanish then yes take up the lesson, but if you're just trying to get prepared, I don't think it's worth it because afterall it's just ab initio and your teacher should be teaching you from zero. but yes having been able to speak a little bit of Spanish before the course would be advantageous. just take it if you like. Award Winning Boss
Familiarise yourself with the language if you can. If the classes are expensive then i wouldn't really recommend it Reply
